Hm... I don't know the legal Mumbo Jumbo, but if they aren't reachable by remaining active Members of the development Team, wouldn't that disqualify them as (Copy)Right Holders? -------------------- ![]() USER MIGRATED TO SAMURIZE.US |

I'm not 100% clear on the legal mumbo jumbo either, but as I'm just an added to the base function done by others I would prefer to seek there permission. Most of them I still see from time to time on msn and stuff.

I think that putting the source code out there for the general public is a bad idea, it has been passed to certain folks that understand what Samurize is all about. I think open source would ultimately dissolve Samurize and it would be no more.
My 2 cents -------------------- |

I would agree with that sentiment about Samurize getting hacked about abit
. But at the moment Samurize development is sloooooooow due to my increasing pressure from work that seems to be none stop at the moment. I think as the nights draw in I will be able to develop more. |

No worries, we all appreciate the efforts. Perhaps AdamC will be able to pass the torch when the time is right and we have a user that is competent and willing.
The crew is a bit small these days and we all seem to be very busy. No need to rush perfection -------------------- |

i would rather wait for a product that was done right....
instead of m$'s model. "release something new unfinished and finish it later. we have the next version to worry about." |

Yeah. But pushing the Boundary isn't good either.
Any way around, releasing a perfect or not even finished Product will lead to Problems. -------------------- ![]() USER MIGRATED TO SAMURIZE.US |
