SHUTDOWN.exe -s -t 01

-s = shutdown
-t xx = timeout for shutdown (default is 20 seconds)

Google for shutdown syntax

If you are using the shutdown.exe then you can use the -t option which allows you to pass in an amount of time for the shutdown to occur.

smil3dbd4e29bbcc7.gif still not complete.

shutdown.exe -c:"Add your Description here" gives you the ability to write a Comment into the Shutdown Countdown Window popping up with shutdown.exe

shutdown -s -t 05 -c "TAHNK YOU EVRYONE"

you don't need an Exe for that. Somewhere in the Forums here is a Shell-command for scriptwise opening Method for the default Shutdown Dialouge.
