To use these in your config, just add a new meter, go to the Input tab, check "Allow Input Controls," add an input that uses Meter Linkage, and put one of the following commands for "Link Meter To:"

My Computer:
explorer.exe /root,,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}
My Computer with C drive selected:
explorer.exe /select,c:
My Network Places:
explorer.exe /root,,::{208D2C60-3AEA-1069-A2D7-08002B30309D}
Start a Network Connection: (replace ConnectionName with the name of the connection)
rundll32.exe rnaui.dll,rnadial ConnectionName
Recycle Bin:
explorer.exe /root,,::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
Empty Recycle Bin: (may not work correctly)
cmd.exe /C del /F /Q C:\RECYCLER\*.*
or, you can put this program in your Samurize folder and use erb /hide for the meter link.
Another option is to use the RecycleBin plugin, which lets you empty the trash from a popup menu.
Task Manager:
taskmgr.exe
Computer Management:
compmgmt.msc
Shared Folders:
fsmgmt.msc
System Properties:
control.exe sysdm.cpl
Volume Control:
sndvol32.exe
Volume Slider:
sndvol32.exe /t
Date and Time Properties:
control.exe timedate.cpl

Map Network Drive:
rundll32.exe shell32.dll,SHHelpShortcuts_RunDLL Connect
Disconnect Network Drive:
rundll32.exe shell32.dll,SHHelpShortcuts_RunDLL Disconnect

Logoff:
shutdown.exe -l
Switch User / Lock Computer:
rundll32.exe user32.dll LockWorkStation
Hibernate:
rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState
Restart:
shutdown.exe -r
Shutdown:
shutdown.exe -s
Shutdown (abort):
shutdown.exe -a

Start Screensaver:
rundll32.exe shell32.dll,ShellExec_RunDLL C:\Windows\system32\ssstars.scr

other Control Panel links

More rundll32.exe links

If you have trouble getting a link to work, then try putting the Windows System path in front of it, such as: C:\WINDOWS\System32\

Thanks to everyone who (unknowingly) added things to the list! smil3dbd4d4e4c4f2.gif Feel free to post any other useful commands.

Here's a config with all the links. Some of the meter links are disabled so you won't accidentally shutdown your computer or put it into hibernate.

Hi,
thanks for this great thread, it's very usefull.

but....

smil3dbd4d4e4c4f2.gif
anyone knows how to show the standard win shutdown dialog?
imho shutdown -s it's too violent...
and the shutdown -i is quite boring... it needs to write a pc name, a comment... smiles-banghead.gif

regards

I didn't find these folder links anywhere else, so I'll add them to this thread. I don't remember where I got the list from, but it's been a big help.
