Description
I was really just trying to point out to those that I've been complaining to so much that I've "figured it out" with respect to how to get things working and am really just kinda congratulating myself on that note. As I said, once the novelty wears off, I will edit the desktop, but for now, it actually suits me fine as I use all the things shown constantly (of course, the mail msg flashes on/off accordingly so that takes away a little bit from all the clutter lol).

I turned off those other 2 configs NEM, sorry about that (you know nobody reads those things lol).

Note taken Kevin but... lol.

To not hurt anybody's eyes, I'll do a "more conventional" i.e., less cluttered shot next time, thanks for the comments.

BTW, please edit your existing screenshot rather than uploading a new one if you've just made small tweaks/changes... I've deleted your old screenshot for you this time

I actually wanted to edit the pre-existing one but didn't see how, just like I still don't when looking at this one after reading your post but I'll check harder in the future, thx.

There's a little edit button next to the title of your screenshot:

There's also an 'Edit This Screenshot' link beneath your screenshot's description.

Oh yeah, one more thing... I usually have the lower taskbar and the upper quick launch bar hidden, I guess I wanted to contribute to the cluttered effect for the screenshot lol.

Another infojunkie, welcome to the fold. Sammy & Xearth are the best combo.

LoL, XEarth is way cool, the only problem I have using it is my damn desktop is covered up with configs....I need to figure a way to get it display in a config so I can open & close it and have it "abs on top" :nem:

Yea, the difference is that this is a running .exe on your machine vs. an internet image to Fetch (of course, if you had it running on another machine...)

The original version of XEarth was way better though a'la OS/2 Warp, multiple configurable edits. I still like it for now though, until I get up the energy to edit all my configs to have the same theme as most others do here (which obviously makes everything look so cool).

EDIT: I just noticed on the XEarth Image tab that you can set Height & Width sizes so maybe you can play with that... of course, your desktop is so killer already, you might get into trouble by messing something else up, G/L.
