This is my first submission to the site. This skin is actually my second creation and I will upload my first when I get home from work because it's on my desktop box. I have to give credit to dego and amitsaraf32. I looked at both of theirs and came up with this one. You might see some simularities between mine and theirs. But it is mostly original work. I didn't use MBM because my laptop wasn't supported because the creator of MBM doesn't really update his software. Anyways, HMonitor is much better and easier and has more features but it will cost you because it's shareware. I didn't feel like paying for it just to use this skin but it still kicks ass. Here are two full size screens. One against a light background and another against a dark one at these links.

A dutch TV guide script that allows you to generate a TV program listing of a custom set of channels. You decide what channel information you get, and you decide how to display them. Fully configurable.

I have to start by saying a huge thank you to David Wheeler and Hans Heigenhauser who jointly wrote the script around which this meter has been constructed.
I have edited it slightly to suit my own needs, adjusting the cut-off values in the 'signalstrengthbar' function but the main body of it remains the same.

edit: Hans Heigenhauser has informed me that the script doesn't work in Vista and that there is no plan to adapt it to do so, so potential downloaders should be aware of that.

Also, my thanks to uziq for the TextFX visual plugin which is also used in this package.


This is just a small meter to show the signal strength of the wi-fi network you're currently connected to. It's nothing spectacular or breathtaking but I happen to think it's kinda neat, so I thought I'd share it with everyone.
If you want to see it in a 'real life' situation, then it's in the top-right corner of this screenshot.

Everything you need is included in the zip file, in case you don't already have some of the necessary files.
So there's the script which actually reads the signal strength, there's the visual plug-in to get the text to display as it should and there's the folder full of images to allow you to display the blue signally-bit.


Any questions and I'll try and help but since this is mostly just a repackaging of other people's stuff, I can't promise to know any more about it than you do...

Very simple config showing system info which does not require any plugins or scripts so should be very easy to install.

Jag har lagt funktionerna GetTV(channel, ahead) och GetBar(channel). I Samurize Config Editor kan du nu med hjälp av parametrar ange vilken kanal som ska användas (ex. SVT1, SVT_HD, TV8, TV3) och vilket program som ska visas (0 = det som sänds nu, 1 = nästa program, 2 = näst nästa program, 3 = ...).

Vilket värde du ska använda för parametern channel får du genom att hålla muspekaren över kanalens icon på http://www.omtv.se/kanaler/

Samma namn på filen har använts i denna version så det ska bara vara att ersätta den gamla filen. Om du uppgraderar från en tidigare version är det viktigt att du tar bort alla gamla *.tv (SVT.tv. TV3.tv etc) från Windows temp-katalog.

I decided to come back to Samurize after about 3 years off and as ever, i have to have things my own way. So in my strive for my perfect desktop i have created this.

Designed for 1280x1024 (although i actually run dual screens). Includes all fonts and wallpaper.

This config and artwork are protected by copyright. The details of which can be found >.here.<

Should have no bugs, please let me know if you find anything strange and i will fix.

This small tool fetches the time for Iftar every day from a homepage and shows it on your desktop. Besides that by default it plays an audio file of your choice when the time from the homepage matches your computers time - so you can just start eating in ramadan!
Every location on earth is possible as far as it is listed on the homepage!

Diese kleine config bezieht täglich die Zeiten für den Iftar von einer Homepage und zeigt diese auf dem Desktop an. Ausserdem spielt es die eine Audiodatei eurer Wahl ab, wenn die Zeit von der Homepage mit der Zeit des Computers übereinstimmt.
