WeatherHub weather plugin

The problem with weather feeds is that they come and go every few years. The idea behind the WeatherHub plugin is to centralize multiple feeds and output the weather data as consistent, uniform tags in Samurize. This way, if a feed goes dead it can be easily replaced with another, without changing the config. Currently, it can access 4 feeds: WWO, WU, Weather Bug and Google. [recompiled for Win7 SP1, WeatherHub.ini override]

This config is meant to present information in a clean, crisp and intuitive way, without cluttering the whole desktop. Most of the panels can be hidden by clicking the respective tabs.

10 plugins incl. spectrum analyzer

I just posted links to 10 Samurize plugins in the Coder's forum. I used the forum because I wanted to format my post properly. The forum submit form allows a preview, the Downloads form doesn't. The 10 plugins:

1. SpecGP - a very configurable spectrum analyzer / VU meter.
2. SleepCycle - plots the periods of time when your PC is in sleep mode and when it is awake.
3. Sun&Moon - plots the Sun's (or Moon's) current path in the sky for your location.
4. TEMPerHUM - reads values from a simple USB hygrometer made in China.
5. TEMPer - reads values from a simple USB thermometer made in China.
6. Digi Watchport - reads values from a more advanced USB temperature/humidity sensor.
7. VU Meter - uses Samurize progress bars (superseded by SpecGP).
8. TempGrad - maps a number range onto a 3-point color ramp.
9. SageTV - shows the next few upcoming recordings in this PC TV app.
10. Gmail - reports email count in your Gmail account.
MeterDup - a command-line utility that makes multiple copies of a single meter in a config file.

A friend requested a Katana design, so here it is

The sliding animation is setup specific to my resolution (1360x768) so you'll probably have to adjust the slider parameters in order to suite yourself.

This is a config I've been working on for quite some time, original concept came from the Starcraft II game interface (Started the design when the game came out, so ya... been a while now)

Concept is themed towards futuristic interface design, kinda like those panel screens you see in movies, etc.

Features
- main panel
- CPU activity and temperature (currently configured for 2 cores, can be changed (by me))
- RAM free, page file
- Network stats (graph + total up & down)
- Graphics card temperature graph
- HDD space and activity graphs (currently configured to 4 HDD's)

- calendar
- scroll months
- Event list (dynamic calendar reminders)

- Winamp
- ya... self explanatory, ask if you have a question

From personal experience, this is a very stable config, been using it for some time now. I know it's current configuration is very personalized (2 cpu's, 4 hdds, etc) but that can be changed based on how popular this becomes (doubtful)

Unread Outlook Mail

A script to display the subject of any unread mail in any folder in the PST where your Inbox resides.

The folder path within the PST to the email prefixed to the email subject.

Sender name or email address is not used since access to senders invokes an Outlook security dialog.

Example:

Deleted Items->UnitTest++->confirm
Inbox->SUM enhancements
Projects->IP->HRS Training Document
Management, Functional-> It's Back-to-School time...
