Description:

A new and improved version of the old Winamp 2 controller with neat new features such as the ability to do the following:

* Show the song title
* Show playing status
* Show song length
* Show the current duration
* Show the playlist size
* Show the bitrate
* Show the samplerate
* Show whether shuffle is on or not
* Show whether repeat is on or not

Other things were added, I just don't recall what else :-). Have fun, and like the previous version the source is included.

Btw, Winamp 5.x seems to be supported also :-)

how do i display whether shuffle is on or off? im sending the comand get_shuffletoggle to winamp.exe but then what?

I'm using Win XP SP1 and When I run Winamp Controller 2.o It makes a command Window pop up for a second. Is there a way to stop this?

It's possible to stop the popup command window. There is a tool called Nircmd from Nirsoft. When you run it with the command parameter "execmd" and with Winamp controller as a second parameter, it solves the problem.

I have downloadad v 2.0 and get one ".cpp" and one ".exe" file. should i put the .cpp file in my winamp dir or what? =/
i want to make an icon that i click on to change song. got a full "readme" file? explain it like you would to a child hehe

1. extract the zip into your Samurize Dir

2. open your command prompt(c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe)

3. go to your Samurize Dir with: "cd C:\Program Files\Samurize\"

4. if you now write "winamp.exe" into your command prompt you see a list of functions

you can test them with
"winamp.exe command" (e.g. "winamp.exe next" for next song

if you want to use them in Samurize just link e.g. a Picture with C:\Program Files\Samurize\Winamp.exe next

Is it possible to get some sort of silent mode or something with this? I'd like to keep the command prompt from flashing by every time I click a button.
