I am a big Star Trek fan and a even bigger fan of modular approach to life. Lcars is basically a modular interface (in star trek, the config is in one piece)

Ive seen some samurize configs that try to emulate Lcars interface but found none of them have the feel of lcars so I made one. It’s a pretty large config that takes a lot of room. I wanted to incorporate my plug-in – netstat but in this version there is no room.

I tried to make a .sam file but it turned out to be over 47mb ???? as export was unsuccessful the user will have to change the user and computer name manually.

RAS port monitor (I still use dialup connection, I cant find 15 people in my “village” to sign a petition so tecom guys can install the equipment for ADSL, go figure. It shouldn’t be hard to convert it for other connections)

Memory faults and usage information

And my favorite (but, user will have to set up the directory in alerts)
Speech engine ( I think I found it on samurize webpage somewhere)
CPU temperature alert

Included is a LCARS ttf font.

This is an updated version of my previous Bar2.0 config (I listed on deviantART a while ago). I recently updated to Vista so I thought I'd change the config to match.

It hasn't been tested on any other system except my own, so I don't know whether it will work properly on yours or not. But please try it out and post any comments below.
