Unzip the archive directly in Samurize install folder (ie: C:\Program Files\Samurize\), keeping directory structure. Put "InfoPanel" folder to you SKINS folder, "InfoPanel.ini" file to you CONFIG folder. Also you need MotherBoardMonitor 5. I hope my work to like you.

Description:
Welcome to my first ever config!! Been fooling around with Samurize for around 8 months and, well I decided to take a crack at making my own skin/config. This is the Chrome Weather skin, just extract into the Samurize directory and select the INI you like. (One with a Sat photo, one without.) You must have the Weather 2004 plugin installed and the appropriate Icons in the Icons folder. Default is the Shiny Icons by Jyrik you can download them here: Icon ShinyFeedback welcome!! Cpt.Carnage
