How do I make 32-bit PNGs for use in Samurize?

Adobe Photoshop, GIMP for Windows and Paint Shop Pro can all make 32-bit (24-bit + transparency) PNGs.

NOTE: Samurize versions 1.25+ have JPEG, bitmap and GIF support.
